Hourly Range: $20.00-$24.00 DOQ

Retention Bonus: $1500 for full time paid out throughout the 1st year of employment

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • administers and understands employee benefits
  • manages and maintains ICHRA medical records
  • manages and maintains workers compensation benefits
  • organizes and maintains employee records, benefit information, EEOC records, OSHA records
  • assists supervisors in training, orienting staff
  • works closely with Payroll Specialists
  • administers status updates and understands payroll procedures
  • assembles and analyzes employee statistics
  • assists with facilitation of employee relations
  • assists with employee recognition events
  • works harmoniously with and shows respect for employees, supervisors, vendors and clients
  • performs other duties as assigned

Desirable Qualifications:

  • minimum of Associate degree, vocational tech or equivalent in experience
  • people/relationship skills
  • 1-year of experience in the HR field
  • knowledge of ICHRA medical benefits
  • attention to detail

Required Qualifications:

  • must pass Department of Human Services background check and maintain “qualified” status
  • must not be excluded from working in government health programs by the Office Of Inspector General
  • must be able to successfully complete company’s basic job skills assessment
  • if using own vehicle for company business, must have a current valid driver’s license and must have insurance as required by state law.
