Holistic, Compassionate Health Care for People with Disabilities and Mental Health Needs

At Mount Olivet Rolling Acres (MORA), our Nursing and Health Services team is committed to providing compassionate, whole-person care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health conditions. We believe in not only treating medical needs—but truly supporting the person as a whole.

How We Support Individuals

MORA’s nursing team ensures that every individual we serve receives prompt, consistent, and person-centered health care. Our nurses work closely with the full care team—guardians, providers, and staff—to ensure the highest level of support.

Our health services include:

  • Coordinating and attending medical appointments
  • Communicating with care teams and healthcare providers
  • Monitoring treatments and evaluating their effectiveness
  • Advocating for alternative care options when needed
  • Ensuring all medical orders are followed
  • Training staff on safe and supportive health practices
  • Spending meaningful time with individuals to understand their goals, preferences, and health needs

We go beyond basic care—we’re here to advocate, support, and listen.

Onsite & Collaborative Care

MORA Health Services doesn’t stop at nursing. Our coordinated care approach includes:

  • Registered Nurses assigned to our residential homes
  • Onsite partnerships with a dietician, pharmacist, and other health professionals
  • Monthly on-site dental clinics at our Campus in partnership with AppleTree Dental—designed to offer a comfortable and familiar setting for those who feel anxious in typical dental environments

This collaborative approach ensures consistent, integrated care in a familiar setting.

Who Can Access Our Services?

Health Services are available to all individuals living in:

  • MORA ICF homes (Intermediate Care Facilities)
  • MORA SLS homes (Supported Living Services)
  • Crisis homes

MORA nurses also provide consultation and staff training for:

  • Adult Day Services
  • Discover Summer Camp

What Makes MORA Health Services Unique?

We prioritize relationships and time spent in the homes—not just checklists. Our nurses form personal connections and advocate for the needs and preferences of each person served. Whether walking with clients, attending family meetings, or joining in MORA events, our nurses are deeply integrated into everyday life.

We are guided by the belief that everyone deserves:

  • Timely, person-centered care
  • Respect for their choices and history
  • Support for both mental and physical well-being

At MORA, health care is not just a service—it’s a partnership.

How Families Can Get Involved

Family input is always welcome and deeply valued. If you’re a guardian or family member:

  • Feel free to contact our nurses by phone or email at any time
  • Share health history, current concerns, and input about your loved one’s needs
  • No formal process or paperwork is required to connect

We believe collaboration with families leads to better outcomes for those we support.

Cost & Payment Information

Everyone deserves more than a place to live. They deserve a place where they’re known… where they’re comfortable… where they belong. At MORA, we believe the difference between a house and a home is the joyful life lived inside it.
