Our Youth Crisis Stabilization Homes provide immediate, structured support for children experiencing mental health challenges, helping them stabilize in a safe and therapeutic environment.
For youth who benefit from longer-term care, Horizon House in Richfield is a traditional Community Residential Setting (CRS) that offers a supportive, home-like environment with individualized 1:1 support and a focus on growth, stability, and community connection.
All services are available to youth ages 5–17 from any county in Minnesota.
