Victoria, Minnesota — August 24, 2026 Mount Olivet Rolling Acres (MORA) is pleased to announce that Suzie Luttrell-Levy, Vice President of Direct Services, has been selected to serve on the American Network of Community Options and Resources (ANCOR) Board of Representatives for a three-year term beginning October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2029.
Founded 55 years ago, ANCOR is a national nonprofit association representing more than 2,600 private community providers of long-term services and supports for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) across all 50 states. For more than half a century, ANCOR has worked to shape policy and share solutions that strengthen community providers and support people with I/DD in living successfully in their homes and communities.
“I am honored to have been selected to serve on the ANCOR Board of Representatives,” said Luttrell-Levy. “This opportunity expands my ability to advocate for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities beyond our organization and state. I look forward to learning from leaders across the country, contributing to important discussions affecting our field, and bringing new ideas and perspectives back to Mount Olivet Rolling Acres.”
Through this national leadership role, Luttrell-Levy will help ensure that the experiences and perspectives of people with I/DD, their families, and the employees who support them are represented in conversations shaping the future of disability services.
“Most importantly, this gives me another platform to champion the voices, needs, and aspirations of the people we support,” Luttrell-Levy said.
MORA expects the opportunity to strengthen its connection to national advocacy efforts while bringing emerging best practices, policy perspectives, and innovative approaches back to the organization and the people it serves.

Luttrell-Levy’s appointment will allow MORA to further contribute to and learn from a national network of community providers while continuing its commitment to innovation, excellence, and person-centered support.
