March 23, 2026: MSSA Day at the Capitol
Hosted by: Minnesota Social Service Association (MSSA)
Focus: Case Management Services
MSSA Day at the Capitol brings together social service professionals from across Minnesota to advocate on key policy issues impacting the people and communities they serve.
The 2026 focus includes:
- Protecting Medicaid access
- Modernizing waiver case management
The day includes advocacy training, coordinated legislative meetings, and opportunities to connect with colleagues statewide. Participants engage directly with legislators to discuss policy priorities affecting disability services and case management systems.

March 24, 2026: Disability Services Day

Rally: 10:00 AM in the Rotunda
Rally Day!
Disability Services Day at the Capitol is Minnesota’s largest advocacy rally focused on protecting and strengthening services for people with disabilities. The event brings together individuals with disabilities, direct support professionals, providers, family members, and advocates from across the state.
The 2026 focus includes:
- Protecting and strengthening disability services
- Supporting the workforce that provides essential services
- Advancing policies that promote independence and community inclusion
The day features a large rally in the Capitol Rotunda, followed by optional coordinated legislative meetings. Participants may attend the rally, meet with legislators (must sign up to do so), or take part in both opportunities.
