American Legion Chanhassen Post #580 Awards Grant to Support Wounded Service Member Families

MORA is grateful to announce that we have received a $2,500 grant from American Legion Chanhassen Post #580 in support of our Wounded Service Member Program at Camp McGregor.

This generous funding helps remove all financial barriers so wounded service members and their families can fully benefit from the restorative retreats offered through the program.

Our Wounded Service Member Program is designed to provide military families with an opportunity to reconnect, relax, and create positive memories together in Minnesota’s outdoors. These no-cost 4-day weekends offer a welcoming environment where service members and their loved ones can enjoy quality time away from the stresses of everyday life.

On behalf of MORA and the wounded service members and families we serve, thank you to American Legion Chanhassen Post #580 for your generosity and partnership. Your continued commitment to serving veterans and military families directly impacts the lives of the families we welcome to Camp McGregor each year. Your support helps ensure that cost is never a barrier to healing, connection, and time together in the outdoors.
