How We Support You

Our experienced Case Managers serve individuals throughout the Twin Cities metro and beyond. We listen first—then we act. Whether it’s help with housing, employment, transportation, meals, daily living support, or community connection, our team works side-by-side with each person to help fill the gaps and remove barriers to a better quality of life.

Getting Started: How to Access Services

To access Case Management services, individuals must complete a MnCHOICES Assessment through their county of residence.

Once the assessment is complete, MORA can be selected as your Case Management provider.
