PRESS RELEASE
Victoria, Minnesota — June 17, 2026 — Mount Olivet Rolling Acres (MORA) has been named one of the 2026 Top Workplaces in Minnesota by the Minnesota Star Tribune. A complete list of Top Workplaces is available at StarTribune.com and will also be published in the Minnesota Star Tribune Top Workplaces special section.
Produced by the same team that compiles the long-standing Star Tribune 100 report of Minnesota’s best-performing public companies, Top Workplaces recognizes organizations that excel in creating exceptional workplace cultures. The award is based entirely on employee feedback measuring engagement, organizational health, and overall workplace satisfaction.
The results are based on survey information collected by Energage, an independent research company specializing in employee engagement and workplace culture. To qualify, organizations must employ more than 50 people in Minnesota. More than 10,500 companies across the state were invited to participate, with rankings determined solely by employee responses.
For Mount Olivet Rolling Acres, this recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects the voices of the dedicated employees who bring the organization’s mission to life every day.
“This recognition means so much because it comes directly from our team—the people who show up every day with compassion, commitment, and heart,” said Danielle Fox, Executive Director of Mount Olivet Rolling Acres. “At MORA, we are more than coworkers; we are a community united by a shared purpose to uplift and empower others. Our employees create an environment where both staff and the people we support can thrive, and this award is a reflection of their dedication, care, and belief in our mission.”
Star Tribune CEO and Publisher Steve Grove praised this year’s honorees, stating, “The companies in the Minnesota Star Tribune Top Workplaces deserve high praise for creating some of the very best work environments in the state of Minnesota. My congratulations to each of these exceptional organizations.”
According to Energage CEO Eric Rubino, “Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees. That’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure employees have a voice and are truly heard. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
As Mount Olivet Rolling Acres continues its commitment to providing person-centered services throughout the Twin Cities metro area, the organization remains focused on fostering a workplace culture where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
